At Eloraa Home, we want you to love every purchase you make. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The product has not been damaged, washed, altered, or used.

  • All original accessories, tags, and packaging are included.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send us your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review your request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly sent by Eloraa Home, we will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other product-specific reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for another product or variant, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos or video of the product, if applicable
